About the role

  • Define and proactively contribute to the development of the Multi-year Investment and Works Plan
  • Design, manage, and control the implementation of new construction works within the facility
  • Develop the Real Estate Master Plan
  • Ensure compliance with construction-related regulations
  • Organize, prepare, and oversee works acting as the project manager (Maître d'œuvre)
  • Lead institutional projects
  • Manage refurbishment and construction operations
  • Contribute to the development and ensure the implementation of the real estate master plan
  • Provide expertise in construction contract procurement and markets
  • Monitor the financial budgets associated with the various responsibilities of the role
  • Prepare and follow up equipment plans related to the works
  • Ensure monitoring and compliance with the financial envelopes of work programs
  • Update facility plans using AutoCAD

Requirements

  • Degree: Master's level (Bac+5 / Master 2)
  • Specialization in building works covering all trades
  • Hospital experience required
  • Working time: 100% (executive framework), 19 days of compensatory leave (RTT) per year
  • Lead and evaluate projects within the area of expertise
  • Design, formalize, and adapt procedures, protocols, and operating methods
  • Design and update risk mapping
  • Draft and format memos, documents, and reports
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, and synthesize information
  • Identify emergency situations and define appropriate actions
  • Facilitate team meetings and mobilize teams
