About the role

  • Lead sales and business development activities in Taiwan, promoting CENTOGENE’s genetic testing and diagnostic services
  • Support business expansion in Greater China and other APAC regions (Hong Kong, Macau, Korea, and Southeast Asia)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, laboratories, hospitals, and distributors
  • Analyze market trends, healthcare policies, and competitive dynamics to propose strategic actions
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, medical seminars, and educational events
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and client relationships
  • Contribute to annual sales targets and regional business plans
  • Provide regular reports on performance and market insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medicine, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in life sciences, genetic testing, IVD, or medical device sectors
  • Strong familiarity with Taiwan’s medical and laboratory ecosystem; prior experience with hospitals or distributors preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and Traditional Chinese; proficiency in Korean or other Asian languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel and work in an international, remote collaboration environment
