About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately using the organization's EMR system
  • Assist patients in rescheduling or canceling appointments
  • Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information
  • Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate call records
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center years of experience preferred
  • 1 – 2 years experience in customer service, quality, and/or auditing experience
  • Able to pass a typing test with at least 40 WPM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively as required
  • Must be Bilingual – Korean
