About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and oversee the development and execution of CSP APAC’s training programs, bespoke programs for U/HNW individuals and family offices, and IBF-certified open courses for wealth managers and financial intermediaries
  • Develop and refine research-backed training materials, including presentations, manuals, case studies, and simulations
  • Integrate research insights, sustainable finance frameworks, sustainability trends, impact investing, and global financial market knowledge into training programs
  • Ensure effective program delivery meeting regulatory standards, client needs, and industry trends
  • Lead IBF-MAS TSC accreditation and maintain consistent messaging and content quality
  • Develop and assess key performance indicators to evaluate training impact and effectiveness
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor external trainers and facilitators
  • Set standards and conduct internal quality reviews
  • Align training offerings with market needs and CSP APAC’s strategic objectives in collaboration with the Partnerships team
  • Strengthen CSP APAC’s thought leadership through research and industry insights
  • Support fundraising and strategic partnership efforts
  • Facilitate knowledge exchange with CSP Zurich, North America, and regional partners
  • Establish partnerships across Asia to expand CSP APAC’s training programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Sustainability, Learning & Development, or a related field
  • 7+ years in leadership and management experience, program development and facilitation, preferably in banking, finance, or sustainable finance
  • In-depth knowledge of sustainable finance, ESG, and impact investing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver training initiatives end-to-end
  • IBF certification, WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is a plus
