About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and oversee the development and execution of CSP APAC’s training programs, bespoke programs for U/HNW individuals and family offices, and IBF-certified open courses for wealth managers and financial intermediaries
Develop and refine research-backed training materials, including presentations, manuals, case studies, and simulations
Integrate research insights, sustainable finance frameworks, sustainability trends, impact investing, and global financial market knowledge into training programs
Ensure effective program delivery meeting regulatory standards, client needs, and industry trends
Lead IBF-MAS TSC accreditation and maintain consistent messaging and content quality
Develop and assess key performance indicators to evaluate training impact and effectiveness
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor external trainers and facilitators
Set standards and conduct internal quality reviews
Align training offerings with market needs and CSP APAC’s strategic objectives in collaboration with the Partnerships team
Strengthen CSP APAC’s thought leadership through research and industry insights
Support fundraising and strategic partnership efforts
Facilitate knowledge exchange with CSP Zurich, North America, and regional partners
Establish partnerships across Asia to expand CSP APAC’s training programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Sustainability, Learning & Development, or a related field
7+ years in leadership and management experience, program development and facilitation, preferably in banking, finance, or sustainable finance
In-depth knowledge of sustainable finance, ESG, and impact investing
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver training initiatives end-to-end
IBF certification, WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is a plus
