Research Scientist

• The Center for Justice Innovation is a nonprofit focused on safety and racial justice, conducting research and policy guidance in justice reform.
• The organization’s Research department conducts statewide evaluations and studies on criminal-legal system issues.
• Responsibilities include cleaning, coding, and analyzing statewide drug court administrative data; creating summary descriptive tables; analyzing interviews and site visits; drafting case study reports; identifying key topics for statewide survey reports; finalizing descriptive survey tables; editing written materials; and participating in stakeholder calls.
• The position combines quantitative and qualitative data analysis with extensive writing.
• This is a remote, part-time temporary role through December 2025 (10-20 hours per week); compensation is $38-$44 per hour.
