About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

lead development of training modules, slide decks, and other training materials
facilitate TTA through the DV RISC website portal
facilitate peer-to-peer communication and collaboration
lead in the development and implementation of domestic violence specific products
provide expert assistance to courts and legal system partners
manage planning and development of local, regional, and national training events
manage collaborations with funders and other TTA providers
develop practitioner monographs, toolkits, guidance documents, and online content
lead presentations at conferences and training events
support other Senior Program Managers and Directors on remote and onsite TA projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

relevant graduate degree with 4-5 years of experience, or JD with 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent lived experience
substantive experience with training and technical assistance on intimate partner violence and community violence
excellent written and verbal communication skills
project management skills
ability to work with a diverse array of partners including community members, police, judges, social service providers, etc.
national travel may be required
