Senior Program Manager
Center for Justice Innovation. lead development of training modules, slide decks, and other training materials .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- lead development of training modules, slide decks, and other training materials
- facilitate TTA through the DV RISC website portal
- facilitate peer-to-peer communication and collaboration
- lead in the development and implementation of domestic violence specific products
- provide expert assistance to courts and legal system partners
- manage planning and development of local, regional, and national training events
- manage collaborations with funders and other TTA providers
- develop practitioner monographs, toolkits, guidance documents, and online content
- lead presentations at conferences and training events
- support other Senior Program Managers and Directors on remote and onsite TA projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- relevant graduate degree with 4-5 years of experience, or JD with 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent lived experience
- substantive experience with training and technical assistance on intimate partner violence and community violence
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- project management skills
- ability to work with a diverse array of partners including community members, police, judges, social service providers, etc.
- national travel may be required
