Law Student Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in CDEL community clinics, workshops, and help desks
- Manage expansive cases and a client case load under supervision
- Participate in all aspects of client files, including screening, intake, and document review
- Provide direct legal assistance under supervision
- Engage in litigation under supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants should be a second or third year law student
- Outstanding first year law students may be considered
- Interns who are particularly interested in candidate and client interaction are encouraged to apply
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual interns are strongly encouraged to apply
