Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in instructional design, learning technologies, learner experience, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed
Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period
Strong research, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and project-management skills are preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Excel, or process-mapping tools is helpful but not required
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
Cannot require visa sponsorship now or in the future, including candidates working under CPT or OPT authorization
Must work full time, 40 hours per week, during the summer
Must be available for virtual collaboration during the team’s core business hours
