- Support Production SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow solutions
- Review system, user, and administrative roles and accounts to understand enterprise access levels
- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable software applications and custom IAM solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation process
- Enforce identity lifecycle management policies and procedures
- Identify code deficiencies, review logs, research errors, and replicate issues
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support identity-related software application areas and identity governance
- Review IAM technical requirements, designs, infrastructure, and support-process documentation
- Liaise with information security, risk management, infrastructure, architecture, and business teams to implement end-to-end IAM solutions
- Lead IAM technical strategies, designs, standards, and procedures
- Code, configure, test, and document IAM developments
- Troubleshoot and solve security-focused IAM issues
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines
- Perform other assigned duties and comply with policies and standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, and 5–7 years of related experience
- Equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill may substitute for the stated education and experience
- Profound experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ support and development
- Knowledge of cloud computing security
- Knowledge of Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions
- Solid programming skills in Java and BeanShell; PowerShell is beneficial
- Experience coding Lifecycle Event management and understanding its phases
- Development expertise in SailPoint connectors, including Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, delimited file, and IIQ ServiceNow configuration
- In-depth knowledge of Identity Cubes, Identity Attribute Mappings, and LCM/LCE Workflows
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) required within 120 days
- SailPoint certification such as IdentityNow or IIQ Certified Implementation Engineer
- Certified Identity and Security Technologist (CIST) preferred
- Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS) preferred
- Ability to work independently, analyze problems, manage projects, communicate recommendations to upper management, drive multiple projects to completion, and demonstrate technical aptitude
