Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Identity and Access Management systems and solutions
Support Production SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow solutions
Review system, user, and administrative roles and accounts to understand enterprise access levels
Design, build, test, and maintain scalable software applications and custom IAM solutions
Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation process
Enforce identity lifecycle management policies and procedures
Identify code deficiencies, review logs, research errors, and replicate issues
Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support identity-related software application areas and identity governance
Review IAM technical requirements, designs, infrastructure, and support-process documentation
Liaise with information security, risk management, infrastructure, architecture, and business teams to implement end-to-end IAM solutions
Lead IAM technical strategies, designs, standards, and procedures
Code, configure, test, and document IAM developments
Troubleshoot and solve security-focused IAM issues
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines
Perform other assigned duties and comply with policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, and 5–7 years of related experience
Equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill may substitute for the stated education and experience
Profound experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ support and development
Knowledge of cloud computing security
Knowledge of Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions
Solid programming skills in Java and BeanShell; PowerShell is beneficial
Experience coding Lifecycle Event management and understanding its phases
Development expertise in SailPoint connectors, including Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, delimited file, and IIQ ServiceNow configuration
In-depth knowledge of Identity Cubes, Identity Attribute Mappings, and LCM/LCE Workflows
Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) required within 120 days
SailPoint certification such as IdentityNow or IIQ Certified Implementation Engineer
Certified Identity and Security Technologist (CIST) preferred
Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS) preferred
Ability to work independently, analyze problems, manage projects, communicate recommendations to upper management, drive multiple projects to completion, and demonstrate technical aptitude
