About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle complex data projects and act as a lead for other Data Analysts
  • Provide advanced analytical support for business operations across claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting
  • Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources
  • Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions
  • Elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to management
  • Develop reports and deliverables for management
  • Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other data warehouse analytical tools
  • Perform data quality audits and analysis to ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements
  • Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation
  • Provider contracting experience a plus
  • Experience reporting, tracking, and validating provider data highly preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other data warehouse analytical tools
