About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure administration of the pharmacy program is accurate and compliant by supporting various operational tasks
- Perform duties to support the development, coordination and maintenance of the pharmacy program
- Review benefit/formulary setup and testing (new and year over year)
- Conduct claims analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of pharmacy experience in managed care environment preferred
- Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license preferred
- Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST
- Proficiency with Excel, Visio, and pharmacy operations processes
- Clinical understanding of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) processes and pharmacy operations; MedPharm experience preferred.
