About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure administration of the pharmacy program is accurate and compliant by supporting various operational tasks
  • Perform duties to support the development, coordination and maintenance of the pharmacy program
  • Review benefit/formulary setup and testing (new and year over year)
  • Conduct claims analysis
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of pharmacy experience in managed care environment preferred
  • Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license preferred
  • Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST
  • Proficiency with Excel, Visio, and pharmacy operations processes
  • Clinical understanding of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) processes and pharmacy operations; MedPharm experience preferred.
