Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and outcomes of a portfolio of specialty pharmacy digital experiences.
Set direction for what to build, why it matters, and how it aligns to AcariaHealth and Centene priorities.
Lead and develop a team of product managers.
Define product strategy and priorities across the portfolio.
Be accountable for measurable outcomes, including improvements in medication adherence, patient satisfaction, and efficiency of specialty pharmacy operations.
Ensure product decisions translate into real world impact for patients, caregivers, pharmacy teams, and the business.
Act as a key connector across pharmacy operations, clinical teams, IT, security, and business leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar), or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in product management, technical product leadership, or digital delivery within healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated industries.
Demonstrated experience leading large initiatives, complex product portfolios, or teams of product managers.
Experience contributing to or owning planning, prioritization, and investment decisions at a program or portfolio level.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and guide cross functional teams toward shared outcomes.
