Key responsibilities & impact

Promote increased program efficiency, service levels, and value by capturing and monitoring performance
identify opportunities for improvement and strategies to realize those opportunities
Plan, organize, monitor, oversee and lead multiple, concurrent resultant projects
Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects
Maintain detailed project documentation as needed including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans
Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders
Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure resources
Lead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
strong understanding of Care Management and LTSS processes
experience in process improvement and quality or system testing methods
Advanced expertise with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
one year of experience with TruCare Classic and one year with TruCare Cloud preferred
experience with Care Central and Facets is a plus
Prior involvement in system migrations or implementations
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification are also preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience
