About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directs the day-to-day responsibilities of a team focused on creating Enterprise-class data assets reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that provide business insight and aid business decision-making
  • Partners with stakeholders to identify business requirements, prioritize requirements based on resources (budget/timeline) and manage the end-to-end design and development of solutions
  • Manages the development of data solutions from beginning to end of the software/solution development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results
  • Shares knowledge and develops staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
  • Experience with Business Intelligence; Data Analysis; Microsoft Azure; SAS (Software); SQL (Programming Language); Statistical Analysis Systems (SAS); Tableau (Business Intelligence Software)
  • Experience with Data Modeling; Python (Programming Language); Quality Assurance; SQL (Programming Language)
  • Experience with Analytical Techniques; Business Analysis; Quantitative Analysis; Risk Analysis; Root Cause Analysis; Statistical Process Controls
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio; User Flows; Workflows
