About the role
- Support initiatives by conducting targeted outreach and screening to members via telephone
- Educate members and facilitate seamless referrals to drive enrollment
- Conduct 30-to-60-day outreaches to ensure completion of redetermination packets
- Analyze and validate enrollment data to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to correct data inconsistencies
Requirements
- High School or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Reconciliation, Auditing, Accounting or Analytics
- 1+ year of experience in government payer system preferred
- Strong customer service and member engagement skills
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and dual eligibility
- Basic analytical skills to review member data
