Key responsibilities & impact

Support initiatives by conducting targeted outreach and screening to members via telephone
Educate members and facilitate seamless referrals to drive enrollment
Conduct 30-to-60-day outreaches to ensure completion of redetermination packets
Analyze and validate enrollment data to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to correct data inconsistencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School or GED required
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in Reconciliation, Auditing, Accounting or Analytics
1+ year of experience in government payer system preferred
Strong customer service and member engagement skills
Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and dual eligibility
Basic analytical skills to review member data
