About the role

  • Compile and analyze financial information for the company.
  • Lead various financial projects.
  • Cost effectively manage the utilization of services and develop measures to track, trend and forecast related impacts of organizational strategic initiatives.
  • Support Medical Affairs by delivering advanced financial, staffing, and utilization analytics that inform strategic decision-making, ensure regulatory alignment, and promote cost-effective healthcare delivery.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate financial impact of operational, staffing, and vendor decisions.
  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports ensuring data accuracy.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Perform financial forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Support staffing and utilization modeling to align resources with business demand.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, operations, and vendor teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of financial or data analysis experience
  • Highly preferred: Healthcare, payer, or Medical Affairs experience
  • Medicare / Medicaid or utilization analytics exposure
  • Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar analytics platforms
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
