About the role
- Manage day-to-day relationships with local health plan marketing teams to successfully procure/re-procure Medicaid managed care contracts
- Execute the annual marketing plans for the Medicaid managed care plans to grow member acquisition and retention
- Identify, design and drive adoption of marketing capabilities, platforms, and processes at a national level
- Execute portfolio strategy for the state/locality to proactively communicate Health Plans’ state/local community impact to key stakeholders
- Identify and share best practices and learnings with state-based markets and establish a community of practice to scale across the network
- Develop and adapt marketing activations content so that they are relevant and accessible to all audiences
- Support execution of the marketing budget and annual marketing plans
- Derive insights from regional markets to inform marketing strategy and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in marketing or communications within the healthcare industry preferred
- Organization and talent management experience required
