About the role
- Provides oversight of the organization's third-party risk management program
- Manage and oversee activities to assess third party/subcontractor compliance
- Drives risk mitigation strategies and provides strategic insights to leadership
- Develops, implements, and maintains third party risk management framework, policies, and procedures
- Evaluates third party compliance by conducting audits and monitoring activities
- Manages issue resolution, recommending action plans
- Leads risk assessments and due diligence processes for third parties
- Prepares and presents reports and dashboards for senior leadership and board
- Supports internal and external audits related to compliance oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, or related equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years in Audit, Compliance, third party oversight and/or related experience required
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace and health plan administration preferred
- Project management experience in planning, coordinating and executing projects preferred
