About the role
- Lead facilitation efforts to develop documentation for business processes
- Provide subsequent training, if necessary
- Develop instructional templates and work processes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and system business owners
- Utilize new technologies to improve operational workflow documentation
- Conduct Train the Trainer sessions when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of business process or training experience
- authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
