About the role
- Manage strategic initiatives and reporting oversight for Centene’s Teledigital agency partnerships
- Promote increased program efficiency, service levels, and value by capturing and monitoring performance
- Lead multiple, concurrent resultant projects utilizing cross functional teams
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop, deliver, and continuously improve reporting processes in collaboration with Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams
- Prepare consistent, high-quality materials and messaging for external partners
- Collaborate with national partners to analyze and improve key performance metrics
- Maintain detailed project documentation
- Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience
- Sales, managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred
