About the role
- Support the development and implementation of Buckeye Health Plan's health equity strategy
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team to identify policies and programs to advance health equity
- Design, lead, and manage various projects and initiatives
- Oversee performance of quantitative analysis for health equity initiatives
- Manage multiple projects through full project life cycle process
- Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Negotiate with project stakeholders to secure resources and resolve issues
- Maintain detailed project documentation as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience
- Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred
- Experience in Health Equity, Social Determinants of Health preferred
