About the role
- Manage the strategic planning, implementation and administration of compensation programs
- Manage the total compensation design function
- Ensure alignment between compensation programs, compensation philosophy and business strategy
- Act as a thought partner and provide compensation consultation to the People Team and business clients
- Collaborate with leaders around short-term and variable incentive design
- Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure compliance
- Drive change management to continuously evolve the compensation department
- Lead strategy and development of communication material regarding compensation programs
- Drive system implementation and upgrades for compensation related technical applications
- Build working relationships with vendors and ensure effective databases
- Lead team and clients through annual compensation cycles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years of human resources or compensation experience
- CCP preferred
