About the role

  • Manage the strategic planning, implementation and administration of compensation programs
  • Manage the total compensation design function
  • Ensure alignment between compensation programs, compensation philosophy and business strategy
  • Act as a thought partner and provide compensation consultation to the People Team and business clients
  • Collaborate with leaders around short-term and variable incentive design
  • Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure compliance
  • Drive change management to continuously evolve the compensation department
  • Lead strategy and development of communication material regarding compensation programs
  • Drive system implementation and upgrades for compensation related technical applications
  • Build working relationships with vendors and ensure effective databases
  • Lead team and clients through annual compensation cycles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ years of human resources or compensation experience
  • CCP preferred
