About the role
- Serve as the technical authority leader for Microsoft 365 (M365) initiatives
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide M365 services
- Manage M365 services for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related collaboration platforms
- Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
- Lead AI integration projects leveraging Microsoft Copilot and third-party tools
- Oversee governance, compliance, and security for M365 and AI solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop observability and monitoring strategies for proactive system health management
- Act as a liaison between engineering, product teams, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 5 – 7 years of related experience
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive
- Advanced PowerShell, Power Automate, and workflow orchestration
- Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Grammarly, GitHub Copilot
- Proven experience in AI productivity tools deployment and management
- Monitoring & Observability: Splunk, Dynatrace, Graph API integration
- Microsoft Purview, DLP policies, audit log management
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Demonstrated success in leading complex automation and collaboration projects in large-scale organizations
