About the role
- partner with key decision makers to support high-priority initiatives
- conduct advanced financial analysis to distil key business insights
- manage multiple initiatives from inception to completion
- identify and execute cost savings opportunities
- analyze large, complex data sets to uncover trends
- lead and facilitate regular market calls
- coordinate with project management and leadership to monitor initiative progress
- develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
- create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
- handle complex and high level financial analysis
- present and discuss analysis with upper management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Highly preferred: Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Power BI, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Excel queries
- Healthcare experience (Medicaid, Medicare and Marketplace)
