About the role
- Create and own features that support Digital Communication product strategy and IT delivery
- Lead the direction and focus of engineering and user experience teams
- Identify feature enhancements, manage associated backlog and roadmap to maximize business outcomes
- Lead engineering on driving out a technical design, estimates and the delivery
- Lead UX on driving out design and validate user flows and interfaces
- Define success metrics and measurement plan
- Responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product cradle to grave
- Identify and align to external dependencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of related product management experience in a health insurance, health provider, or IT industry.
