• Acts as a thought partner to the executive leadership team, providing vision, strategy, and operational leadership
• Serves as a trusted confidant and advisor, overseeing high-level projects and initiatives
• Plan, track, and monitor the progress of key priorities and strategic initiatives for the leadership team
• Assist leadership teams with strategy development, strategic planning, and financial and vendor management planning
• Partner with key stakeholders to prioritize business needs and initiatives
• Manage critical aspects of deliverables, including drafting correspondence and other tasks
• Manage communications on behalf of the leadership team
• Prepare documents for internal and external audiences
• Provide vendor governance including all financial, technology, RFPs, rate setting and operational processes
• Identify risks and opportunities associated with future profitability and member retention
