About the role
- Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creating project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources and insights, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure.
- Create and communicate project milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and departmental success metrics.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
- Author PowerPoint slides in partnership with COP presenters to creatively communicate large scale project details most relevant for knowledge sharing presentation.
- Manage the department SharePoint site and Microsoft Teams channel to effectively store, maintain, and update relevant resources for continued communication of information sharing, learning and development.
- Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders by prioritizing clear communication of process for coordination with cross-functional partners.
- Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify valued resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives.
- Share utilized corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments
- Proficient with project management tools, MS-Project or other project management software, and MS-Office applications
- Healthcare, managed care, public health and drivers of health experience preferred
- Learning and development experience preferred
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
