About the role
- Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry
- Develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of how Major Incident Management functions at an enterprise level
- Achieve a high level understanding of all the ITSM practices leveraged at Centene organization
- Participate in our MIM training program, which includes a practical assessment
- Practice working Major Incidents with the MIM team and joining and participating in our Daily IT Operations standup meetings
Requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (PowerBi and/or Power Automate experience would be great to have)
- Career interest aligns with IT service management and/or incident management space
- Have worked with Copilot and/or AI process improvement projects
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period
