About the role
- Through collaboration with the business and IT, lead programmatic efforts to drive operational efficiency
- Results achieved through assessment benchmarking, customer journey mapping, current and future state process flows and gap analytics, strategic recommendations, financial optimization, organizational change management, governance, and implementation
- Additionally responsible for coaching and mentoring associates
- Establish as a strategic partner through gaining knowledge of the business / technology, building trust, and demonstrating value
- Provide guidance and leadership and encourage collaboration to diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
- Make independently ideated, informed business recommendations
- Leads jumbo initiatives (defined as impacted 1k+ people, 3-5 business functions, or 75%+ reengineering of an existing process)
- May act in a support role for enterprise transformation initiatives (defined as impacting 5k+ people, 5+ business functions, or creating / full replacement of an enterprise process)
- Lead large scale workshops including all levels (i.e., individual contributor to Executive leadership) of employees through strategic, organization design, technology prioritization decisions, root cause analysis, and process mapping
- Execute external research and the Capability Maturity Model to develop and execute an initiative scope specific diagnostic tool
- Lead validation and results consolidation into a high quality, executive deliverable, which includes findings and multi-year strategic roadmap to address identified opportunities
- Independently identify, establish, and quantify measurable business benefits (financial/non-financial) achieved as a result of services provided including: business/technical transformation, customer centricity, operational excellence, organizational change management, and strategic planning
- Assist / coach associates as needed
- Demonstrate thought leadership through out of the box thinking and leveraging Healthcare Industry knowledge
- Demonstrate leadership qualities of mentoring, purpose driven thinking, principled agility and being focused driven through results oriented actions
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in at least two of the following: process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, project management
- Organizational Change Management (PROSCI, Six Sigma CAP, Kotter, Bridge’s Rogers Kubler), CEX, CMMI, Six Sigma, PMP preferred
