About the role
- Build and maintain relationships and manage service responsibilities with internal partners and end users
- Ensure timely execution of initiatives as per the technology and Corporate strategy
- Establish strong relationships with Human Resources
- Provide guidance to identify solutions, coordinate technology concerns to ensure a timely follow up that includes a resolution
- Coordinate the design, development and roll-out of product enhancements
- Identify new communication and collaboration tools
- Support the project management of all technology initiatives and implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product or client management, customer service or other related experience
- Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, product management, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects preferred
- IT experience/knowledge preferred
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication, planning and analytical skills
