About the role
- Building and validating predictive or explanatory models using call center and CRM datasets.
- Performing exploratory data analysis to identify key drivers of performance metrics.
- Collaborating with data team, and business leaders to translate findings into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed.
- Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction and analysis (Databricks is also preferred).
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning fundamentals, and data storytelling.
