About the role
- Acts as a liaison with vendors and business partners
- Build strong relationships to understand business requirements
- Maintain complex vendor relationships and enhance vendor experience
- Ensure member or provider satisfaction and performance
- Assess key performance data to monitor productivity
- Build reports to leverage key performance data
- Handle escalations between internal departments and vendors
- Seek out new business opportunities with vendors
- Perform root cause analyses with vendors
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree
- 2 – 4 years of related experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with vendor management and relationship building
