About the role
- Manages the team members accountable for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions for mobile applications
- Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise
- Oversees a team consisting of Senior Application Development Engineers responsible with large-scale complex Application Development projects/programs for Mobile Applications
- Accountable for leading efforts around project scope, schedule, and budget
- Establishes training and career development planning to Application Developers
- Defines processes to identify and evaluate risks and participates in mitigation and control activities
- Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conduct performance/salary reviews, and provide leadership, technical guidance and coaching to Developers
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience
- Prior management experience
- One or more of the following skills: Mobile development, React Native, Nodejs
