About the role
- Manages the care management team and the care management of members
- Develops and assesses high quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes
- Manages escalations and care management issues
- Reviews care management required documentation for compliance
- Contributes to the development and implementation of policies
- Directs daily activities of care management staff
- Monitors audits within care management for compliance
- Provides feedback to care management team
Requirements
- Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
