About the role

  • Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee HEDIS programs and projects across markets
  • Manage projects through full project life cycle: gather requirements, create plans/schedules, manage resources, facilitate execution and deployment
  • Lead and facilitate weekly market meetings covering reporting, status, risks, and action items
  • Utilize corporate and industry-standard tools; maintain detailed business process documentation
  • Create and monitor department deliverables, clinical reporting documents, reference materials, and policy/procedure documentation
  • Communicate program status to management and stakeholders; identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
  • Identify requirements and improve existing processes; perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Health care experience preferred
  • Experience in Quality Improvement, HEDIS Program/Project Management highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of healthcare quality measures (i.e.- HEDIS, STARs) highly preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office suite preferred
  • Strong project management skills: requirements gathering, planning, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
