About the role
- Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee HEDIS programs and projects across markets
- Manage projects through full project life cycle: gather requirements, create plans/schedules, manage resources, facilitate execution and deployment
- Lead and facilitate weekly market meetings covering reporting, status, risks, and action items
- Utilize corporate and industry-standard tools; maintain detailed business process documentation
- Create and monitor department deliverables, clinical reporting documents, reference materials, and policy/procedure documentation
- Communicate program status to management and stakeholders; identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
- Identify requirements and improve existing processes; perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Health care experience preferred
- Experience in Quality Improvement, HEDIS Program/Project Management highly preferred
- Working knowledge of healthcare quality measures (i.e.- HEDIS, STARs) highly preferred
- Proficient with MS Office suite preferred
- Strong project management skills: requirements gathering, planning, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
