About the role
- The Regulatory Change Management (RCM) Compliance Analyst supports the end-to-end RCM process in the federal space and supports strategies to ensure successful maintenance and implementation of compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements for assigned products across the entire company.
Monitor federal regulations, executive action, agency rulemaking, and other regulatory guidance, determine impact and notify stakeholders of regulatory changes
Maintain and track laws, regulations and various compliance guidance documents
Review, analyze and synthesize regulatory requirements and prepare regular updates, white papers and reporting on the impactful regulatory actions
Work in collaboration with Policy, Government Relations, Legal and other key departments to assess and analyze impactful regulations and guidance
Support implementation oversight of new compliance requirements with respect to regulatory language
Support internal RCM processes and engage in project management duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and may be considered in lieu of experience. 1+ years of related experience in compliance, privacy and/or regulatory affairs. Working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance; in particular HIPAA, and state regulations.
