About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects using cross-functional teams
- Manage the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, project plans and schedules, resources, budget, execution, deployment, and closure
- Utilize corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques
- Assist with establishing and maintaining corporate project management methodology and department procedures
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, and risk management plans
- Lead communication of project status to stakeholders, including written executive summaries
- Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives
- Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas
- Monitor project deliverables for quality standards, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience
- Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools
- Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
