About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and implement enterprise-wide process improvement activities using LEAN/Six Sigma, PDSA or similar methodologies
Support business infrastructure and procurement of new business opportunities
Develop, prioritize and execute performance improvement projects
Assist with implementation and training of functional areas regarding process engineering maintenance plans and staff trainings
Collect, monitor and evaluate project key performance metrics
Develop project status reports
Facilitate cross-functional improvement teams following the DMAIC roadmap or similar improvement process
Communicate process design and implementation gaps to upper management
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience within the healthcare industry preferred
Working knowledge of process mapping and design
Working knowledge of statistical applications
Working knowledge of project management software
LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred
CAPM-PMI - Certified Associate of Project Management preferred
Black Belt or PMP preferred
Flexibility to work remotely from home anywhere within the United States
Primarily available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; occasional weekend may be needed
