About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and implement enterprise-wide process improvement activities using LEAN/Six Sigma, PDSA or similar methodologies
- Support business infrastructure and procurement of new business opportunities
- Develop, prioritize and execute performance improvement projects
- Assist with implementation and training of functional areas regarding process engineering maintenance plans and staff trainings
- Collect, monitor and evaluate project key performance metrics
- Develop project status reports
- Facilitate cross-functional improvement teams following the DMAIC roadmap or similar improvement process
- Communicate process design and implementation gaps to upper management
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience within the healthcare industry preferred
- Working knowledge of process mapping and design
- Working knowledge of statistical applications
- Working knowledge of project management software
- LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred
- CAPM-PMI - Certified Associate of Project Management preferred
- Black Belt or PMP preferred
- Flexibility to work remotely from home anywhere within the United States
- Primarily available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; occasional weekend may be needed
