Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of project implementation, product or program management experience
  • Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience with requirements gathering, project plans and schedules, resource management, budget management, project execution, deployment and closure
  • Knowledge of corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques
  • Ability to maintain project documentation, action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans
  • Ability to provide project status updates, executive summaries and presentations
  • Ability to negotiate with stakeholders, secure resources, resolve issues and mitigate risks
  • Ability to lead cross-functional meetings
  • Functional and technical knowledge of program requirements and operations
