Key responsibilities & impact

Promote increased program efficiency, service levels and value by capturing and monitoring performance
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and regulatory compliance
Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities and align organizational priorities and resources
Manage multiple concurrent projects through the full project life cycle
Gather requirements and create project plans and schedules
Obtain and manage project resources and budgets
Facilitate project execution, deployment and closure
Utilize project management tools and techniques
Maintain detailed project documentation, action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans
Communicate project status to stakeholders through executive summaries and presentations
Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, resolve issues and mitigate risks
Lead cross-functional meetings
Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding program requirements and operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of project implementation, product or program management experience
Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience with requirements gathering, project plans and schedules, resource management, budget management, project execution, deployment and closure
Knowledge of corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques
Ability to maintain project documentation, action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans
Ability to provide project status updates, executive summaries and presentations
Ability to negotiate with stakeholders, secure resources, resolve issues and mitigate risks
Ability to lead cross-functional meetings
Functional and technical knowledge of program requirements and operations
