About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in areas including claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting
  • Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources
  • Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions
  • Elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to management
  • Develop reports and deliverables and make recommendations to management
  • Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other data warehouse analytical tools
  • Assist management in driving business decisions based on data
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements through data quality audits and analysis
  • Train and mentor other Data Analysts
  • Assist with determining workload and related activities for other Data Analysts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Advanced SQL and Power BI skills, including writing code, stored procedures, and SSIS packages preferred
  • Experience creating dashboards within Power BI preferred
  • Experience utilizing Snowflake, Control-M, and enterprise reporting preferred
  • Experience leading projects and teams preferred
  • 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
