Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, bachelor's degree preferred.
3 or more years of related application build experience required
Minimum of 2 years of build experience within responsible software applications. Specific knowledge, certifications, and licensure will apply at the position level
MyChart Certified or proficient in MyChart and/or related Epic applications upon hire, with certification or vendor-supported proficiency maintained in good standing
Clinical background with experience in healthcare workflows, Epic MyChart experience, and the ability to translate patient care needs into effective technology solutions
Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software preferred
Technical expert in Information systems, business applications, and/or EHR applications
Ability to explain or demonstrate technology in a manner suited to the audience (i.e., business, clinical or technical staff)
Proven ability to lead a team and successfully complete both short and long-term assignments
Experience using project management methodology
