About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform field visits to assist the area team with troubleshooting equipment.
Support field investigations to develop and document technical scoping for repair, replacement, and/or modifications.
Assist in Fitness-For-Service evaluations of equipment to ensure compliance.
Help with updating plant rotating and fixed equipment technical drawings/documents.
Participate in field supervision of maintenance and project work conducted throughout the refinery.
Develop engineering troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa).
Available to begin work in September 2026.
Must be enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or related Engineering degree at an accredited post-secondary institution OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program.
Solid analytical and Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Excel.
Excellent interpersonal, judgement, and decision-making skills.
