About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement company standards for store appearance and merchandise arrangement in collaboration with in-store personnel
  • Assist new customers with initial store setup and optimal merchandise stocking techniques
  • Evaluate store stock levels and replenish inventory by placing orders or suggesting quantities
  • Remove damaged and outdated merchandise from shelves and administer returns for qualified stores
  • Support product relocation, store resets, and labeling for new and existing inventories
  • Merchandise specific store categories using planograms and store-specific analytical data
  • Consult with customers on product placement and merchandising concepts
  • Use ABC reporting data to assess product sales and ordering from distribution centers
  • Generate tailored reports for store personnel as needed
  • Prepare Store Layout & Design drawings using Visio
  • Record store activities and observations in CRM
  • Collaborate with Community & Specialty Pharmacy, Health Systems, and Business Development Sales teams
  • Attend district and regional meetings, trainings, and tradeshows as needed
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Normally requires less than two to four years of directly related and progressively responsible experience
  • Good selling skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of ABC policies, programs, services, and products
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Strong creativity skills; focused and disciplined
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 50%+ within the assigned territory and other areas if needed
