About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex regulatory programs that support innovation in animal health
- Provide operational leadership and project management support across U.S. regulatory programs
- Coordinate U.S. regulatory project activities across multiple client programs
- Support project planning, timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate timely issue resolution
- Coordinate training, onboarding, access requests, and operational readiness activities
- Facilitate communication between U.S. and global regulatory teams
- Support labeling, regulatory operations, product stewardship, and lifecycle management activities
- Maintain project trackers, action logs, meeting minutes, and status reports
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project execution
- Support business development and proposal activities as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, project management, or a related discipline
- Experience managing regulatory affairs or regulatory operations projects
- Experience within Animal Health, biologics, pharmaceuticals, or medical products preferred
- Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across several client programs
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep complex projects moving forward
