About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for preparing and analyzing production costs, inventory costs, financial results and economic feasibility studies in accordance with group policies, and for supporting internal clients in the Industrial area while ensuring compliance with fiscal, legal and corporate requirements.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Standard Costs for the company's portfolio;
Prepare management expense reports, analyzing Actual vs. Budget variances;
Assist with the monthly cost closing;
Monitor Actual vs. Budget costs for Raw Materials, Packaging and Resale Products;
Assist in preparing price registration documentation for CMED;
Verify prices in the main pharmaceutical price compendia/databases (ANVISA, ABCFARMA, etc.);
Send price lists to internal clients, keeping them up to date with product launches and adjustments;
Responsible for the inventory counting process (cycle/one-time counts, ABC curve counting).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in the costs area, with hands-on experience across the full cost routine;
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
Postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable;
Basic English is desirable;
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - advanced level;
Knowledge of Power BI is desirable to assist in preparing reports and dashboards that present figures, statistics, values, lists and charts;
SAP ERP user — modules CO, MM and PP.
