About the role

  • Work on activities related to asset management, including control and improvements of transmission assets covering 5,239 km of lines and 61 substations at 500/230 kV, operating across 10 states. Also work with generation assets including 6 photovoltaic plants totaling 186 MW.
  • Perform analysis and approval during the item registration stage entered by the requester in the system.
  • Participate in the stages of the inventory management process flowchart.
  • Participate in analysis and steps of the instrument calibration and maintenance process.
  • Handle initiation, control and monitoring of necessary actions related to asset warranties.
  • Manage control, analysis and registration of assets and required actions in Work Orders (WO) within the Maintenance Management System.
  • Develop, automate and maintain analytical and management dashboards in Power BI, covering indicators such as: asset availability, MTTR, MTBF, critical backlog, failure recurrence, energy losses (MWh), asset performance and reliability.
  • Create automated reporting routines to reduce manual effort and increase the frequency and reliability of analyses.
  • Develop analytical and predictive models using data analysis tools, including: trend and degradation analysis, probability of failure, unavailability risk, anomaly detection, and support for condition-based maintenance.
  • Apply Asset Reliability concepts in data analyses, such as: criticality, failure modes and effects, asset life cycle, integrity and operational risk.
  • Work on modeling and standardization of asset data, including: asset hierarchy and registration, maintenance events and work orders, location, criticality and classification.
  • Other tasks delegated by coordination/management relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (any field).
  • Familiarity with the Asset Control Manual for the Electric Sector (MCPSE).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Python or similar programming language.
  • Knowledge of data analysis.
