About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle and prioritize all incoming inquiries to sales@ and info@ using existing templates to produce fast, accurate initial responses
  • Develop and maintain AI automations to streamline sales processes
  • Convert customer inquiries into polished proposals and layouts
  • Organize administrative processes related to trade shows and smaller events — bookings, transport, scheduling, follow-up — including travel to selected events
  • After onboarding: independently conduct initial customer conversations and simple sales pitches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • German C1+ and English C1+ (most customers speak English; the team operates in German)
  • Bachelor’s degree plus additional engagement (side projects, internships, leadership, a tangible portfolio)
  • Daily use of LLM tools, with at least one example of a workflow you’ve built or improved using them
  • Experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or another CRM system
  • Experience in event coordination, trade shows, or hospitality
  • Exposure to hardware, robotics, or industrial B2B
  • French or Mandarin
