Key responsibilities & impact

Help us understand where users already gather, what they care about, and how trust and traction emerge inside online communities.
Spend time inside Reddit, Twitter/X, Discord, forums, creator ecosystems, and niche online communities identifying recurring pain points, language patterns, emerging narratives, power users, and potential champions, high-potential distribution channels.
Build a strong understanding of the landscape and generate actionable go-to-market insights through direct community engagement.
Deliver early indicators of success, such as a prioritized list of high-potential communities to target, real user pain points, recurring language patterns, and traction signals.
