About the role

  • Design technical solutions aligned with business requirements, following architectural standards and industry best practices.
  • Act as a technical reference for architectural decisions, supporting development teams in implementing solutions.
  • Implement solutions fully or partially.
  • Conduct technical reviews and performance evaluations of solutions.
  • Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for projects.
  • Produce and maintain architecture documentation (diagrams, data models, integration flows, etc.).
  • People management and development.
  • Prioritization alignment with stakeholders.
  • Technical and business monitoring of application health.
  • Actively participate in product development, contributing to strategic business decisions.

Requirements

  • MANDATORY: must reside in São Paulo, SP (100% on-site opportunity).
  • Experience with equity / variable-income solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Solid experience with Java.
  • Nice to have: experience with .NET.
  • Solid experience with Spring, especially Spring Boot, Spring Data and Spring MVC.
  • Knowledge of messaging and streaming solutions (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, SNS).
  • Experience with cloud architecture, especially AWS.
  • Strong understanding of Java multiprocessing techniques (multithreading, parallelism, concurrency) and container scalability, including related load distribution.
  • Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding and application of code quality principles (SOLID / Clean Code).
  • Familiarity and experience with design patterns.
