About the role
- Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.)
- Automate and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments
- Orchestrate containers and applications on Kubernetes
- Work on monitoring and logging using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Promtail, and MinIO
- Ensure security, compliance, and observability best practices
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Support scalability and high-availability strategies
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to continuously improve DevOps processes
- Prepare technical documentation and continuous improvement plans.
Requirements
- REQUIRED: proven experience in brokerages, asset managers, or investment fintechs
- Advanced expertise in Linux
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Promtail, MinIO)
- Experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, management, and scaling
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Experience in security, compliance, and process automation
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps culture
